Allie’s Reading List: Safe at Home Edition

Hey readers! I usually share my reading list each season, but since most of us are staying safe at home right now I thought it would be a good time to share another one. I will still be posting what I have been reading this spring in a separate post (which won’t be until June). You can also check out my previous reading list, which shared what I read last winter. This post will be a compilation of my favorite books that I have read recently. I hope you enjoy!

To all of the OTs, other healthcare professionals, and essential workers who are unable to stay safe at home right now – THANK YOU. I hope that on your days off you can find some rest, relaxation, and occupational balance with a good book.

You may notice that my favorite books tend to be easy-to-read with light topics. I like being able to get lost in a book that takes me to a happy place, preferably with a happy ending. I’m a fan of romance, sometimes with a little mystery. I would definitely consider myself a lover of chick-lit. As for audiobooks, I love memoirs. My audiobook choices are often heavier topics. Here is my list of books that I recommend reading while you are staying safe at home:
