Hey readers! My name is Allison and I just graduated with my OTD degree. Now, I’m figuring out what’s next and continuing to share my journey. I aspire to work with children, teens, and/or young adults and to specialize in intellectual and developmental disabilities. I also love advocacy and hope to get involved with my state or national OT association!

This blog aims to support OT practitioners, students, and other healthcare professionals in maintaining occupational balance and exploring leisure activities that bring them joy. Let’s all get occupationally balanced together.
