Hey readers! This week some of my classmates gave a really great presentation about opioid use disorder and Naloxone (AKA Narcan). I am not an expert, but I wanted to share the infographics that my classmates made for their presentation as well as the resources they used to create them. As many of you probably know, opioid use is a major issue in the U.S. right now. Narcan is a drug that can essentially reverse the effects of opioid overdose and save a person’s life. There are FREE trainings in Boston that anyone can sign up for. You do not have to be a healthcare professional to receive these trainings. Check out these infographics, the additional resources, and some Narcan trainings in your area!
